NOODLES WITH PORK (CHINA) | |
4 pkg. Oriental noodles, pork flavored 1/2 lb. sausage Broccoli flowerets, cut stems off short and just use the flower part 1/2 c. chopped onion, if desired 2 tbsp. cornstarch in 1 c. cold water 2 tbsp. soy sauce Put the noodles into the medium-size pot of boiling water and allow to cook for about 5 minutes. Do not put the small packets of seasoning in the noodles. Crumble the sausage into a small frying pan and stir until done. Pour off the grease and add the onions and broccoli flowerets. Sprinkle the seasoning packets and soy sauce. |
