BEVERLY'S WHITE FUDGE 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. vanilla
Dash salt
2 3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. walnuts

Grease well 9"x5" loaf pan. In small bowl mix at low speed cream cheese, vanilla and salt until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar until well blended; scraping bowl frequently with rubber spatula. With spoon mix in nuts. Spoon mixture into pan evenly. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into 24 pieces. Wrap each piece in plastic wrap and store in refrigerator. Makes 3/4 pound. (You may need to use your hands because the mixture is so stiff.)
