ARMENIAN PILAF 
1 c. long grain rice, uncooked
1/2 c. noodles (fine)
1/8 lb. butter
2 c. chicken broth
Salt to taste

Melt the butter in pan (with cover). Break noodles into pieces and fry in butter until slightly browned, stirring constantly. Add rice to noodles and saute together for few minutes, stirring constantly. Add the boiling broth and salt. Cover and cook on low fire for 20 minutes. When liquid is all absorbed and rice is soft, remove from fire and let stand for 15 to 20 minutes before serving. Stir once more with a fork. Serves 4.
