1/4 lb. butter 1 c. thin noodles 2 c. UNCLE BEN'S® converted rice 4 c. chicken broth Salt to taste Cook noodles in butter until dark brown, approximately 20 minutes. Rinse rice and cook with butter and noodles for 30 minutes. Bring chicken broth and salt to a boil. After butter, noodles and rice have cooked for 30 minutes, add boiling chicken broth. |
