ASPARAGUS MOLD 
1 can all green asparagus (reserving liquid) or 2 pkgs. frozen (cooked as per directions on package)
1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. cream, whipped
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. blanched almonds, chopped fine

Heat 1 cup liquid (broth from can of asparagus plus enough water to make 1 cup, or all water). Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water, then pour hot liquid on top. When partially set, fold in mayonnaise, whipped cream, salt and lemon juice. Add asparagus and almonds. Pour into a mold and congeal.
