ARROZ CON POLLO | |
3 lb. chicken breast, diced 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 c. chopped onion 1 c. bell pepper, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 c. raw rice 1 (2 oz.) jar pimento 1 (3 1/2 oz.) jar green olives, sliced and drained 1 tbsp. chili powder 2 chicken bouillon cubes 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes 1 can mushroom soup or buttons 1 pkg. petite peas Combine all but rice and peas. Cook in crock pot on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours. Add cup of rice and 1 package petite peas and cook 1 more hour on high, stirring occasionally. |
