ARROZ CON POLLO 
1 med. green pepper
1 med. onion
4 to 6 cloves garlic, peeled
1 tbsp. oregano, ground
2 tbsp. capers
1 bunch cilantro
1/4 c. cooking oil
8 oz. tomato sauce
2 c. uncooked rice
Cooked chicken
Chicken broth
1/4 c. cooking oil

Blend until liquified first column of ingredients. This can be frozen in small quantities. Saute 2 to 3 tablespoons green sauce per above in 1/4 cup cooking oil; stir in tomato sauce. Add rice and broth to cover rice plus about 1 inch. Cover and cook until moisture is almost absorbed. Add chicken and stir gently.
