ARTICHOKE PIES 
1 can Reese artichoke hearts, plain
1 stick pepperoni, cut in small pieces
2 pie crusts (Pet, Pillsbury or homemade)
8 eggs
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
Dash of pepper
1 c. grated cheese

Scramble eggs, add pepperoni, cheeses and cut up artichoke hearts. Pour into pie crusts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes until golden brown on top.
