BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 lb. sausage
2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
American or Velveeta cheese slices

Layer in nonstick pan in this order: 1/2 of sausage, 1/2 of stuffing, 1/2 of egg mixture, cheese, 1/2 of sausage, 1/2 of stuffing, 1/2 of egg mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Ten minutes before done, put cheese on the top.
