BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP 
2 tsp. salad oil
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 bunch broccoli, chopped
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
3 1/2 c. milk
3/4 tbsp. flour
1 c. frozen peas
1 c. cheddar cheese

Saute broccoli, onion and oil. Add soups and peas. Combine milk and flour and add to soup. Heat to boiling, then simmer 10 minutes. Add cheese and heat and stir until melted.
