POCK CHOP DINNER 
Minute rice
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 can stewed tomatoes
4 pork chops

Brown chops. Put browned chops in a casserole dish. Put a slice of onion and a slice of pepper on each chop. Put one teaspoon of uncooked rice in the center of the pepper slice. Pour the can of tomatoes to cover each pork chop. Put cover on casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
