2 c. chopped pitted dates
1 (20 oz.) can unsweetened crushed pineapple (2 1/2 c.)
Mix together in saucepan and cook until consistency that can be spread. 1 c. millet flour 1 c. unsweetened coconut 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1 c. orange juice 1/2 tsp. salt
Mix oatmeal, flour, coconut, nuts and salt together. Add orange juice and moisten thoroughly. Take 9 x 13 inch pan and cover with 1/2 of oatmeal mixture and pat down. Spread filling on this and put rest of oatmeal mixture on top and pat down lightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or lightly browned.
