2 c. or 1 lb. raw peanuts
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. maple flavoring
Salt

Place ingredients in heavy pan and cook until water is gone, about 5 minutes. Spread on buttered cookie sheet. Sprinkle with salt as desired. Bake for 15 minutes at 300 degrees. Stir. Bake 15 minutes longer.
