CURRIED LIMA BEANS 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen limas, cooked, drained
4 oz. cream cheese, cut in sm. pieces
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. curry powder
2 oz. pimientos, sliced

Melt butter in skillet, saute onion. Add flour. Pour in milk and stir until thickened. Add cream cheese. When blended, add curry powder, pimientos and beans.
