1 box cake mix
1 box lemon Jell-O
2/3 c. cooking oil
2/3 c. water (warm)
4 eggs
1 tsp. lemon extract

Dump cake mix into a bowl. Mix the Jell-O in 2/3 cup water and add to cake mix. Add remaining ingredients and bake 45 minutes in a tube pan at 350°F.

Icing:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. plus 2 tbsp. orange juice
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Stir over low heat until the sugar dissolves. When cake is removed from oven, punch small holes with a toothpick and pour icing over the cake while it is still hot. Let it remain in pan until cool. May also use 9 x 13-inch pan.
