1 sm. can pumpkin
1 (13 oz.) can condensed milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix and pour into 13x9 prepared baking pan. Sprinkle with 1 box dry yellow cake mix, 1 cup chopped nuts and 2 sticks butter. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
