CHICKEN SALAD | |
1 head lettuce 1 big bottle Catalina dressing 1 can kidney beans 1 can garbanzo beans 1 bag tortilla chips 3 chicken breasts Boil chicken and break into pieces. Combine chicken, beans, and half of dressing. Let marinate in refrigerator 2 hours or overnight. When ready to serve, dice lettuce and mix with chicken mixture, add rest of dressing, chips and toss. |
