QUICK CHICKEN CHILI 
1 1/2 lb. ground chicken
1 pkg. chili seasoning mix
1 (28 oz.) can kidney beans
1 (28 oz.) can chopped tomatoes

Brown chicken; drain. Place in large pot and add remaining ingredients. Stir and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. May add 1/2 cup chopped onion and 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped, at the same time you brown the chicken.
