1 box chocolate cake mix
2 cans cherries
1 lg. bowl Cool Whip
1/4 c. oil
3 eggs

Combine the cake mix, one can of cherries, oil, and eggs. Beat with mixer. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes. Spread 1 can of cherries over top and top with Cool Whip.
