COCONUT CUSTARD PIE | |
1 stick butter 5 eggs 1 3/4 c. sugar 3/4 c. buttermilk 1 c. coconut 1 tsp. vanilla 2 (9 inch) pie shells Pour melted butter over sugar; add eggs, buttermilk, coconut and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into pie shells and bake 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees or until brown. |
