BROCCOLI DISH 
4 pkg. of broccoli, chopped first, cook and drain
1/2 c. celery
1/4 c. onion
1 c. water
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing (not cornbread)

Saute onion and celery, add dressing and toss with water. 2 tbsp. flour 2 c. milk 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated

Melt butter and add flour and 2 cups milk until slightly thick. Grate Velveeta cheese and add to sauce just to melt. Layer broccoli and dressing, spoon cheese sauce over and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
