POLYNESIAN DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup dairy sour cream
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 cup chopped mandarin orange slices
1/2 cup chopped Macadamia nuts or pecans
gingersnaps

Combine cream cheese, sour cream, pineapple, sugar, oranges and half of the nuts in a bowl; mix well. Spoon into serving dish. Chill until serving time. Sprinkle with remaining nuts. Serve with gingersnaps.
