VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 lg. bag mixed frozen vegetables, cooked & chilled
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed & soaked in melted butter

DO NOT COOK! Place in casserole and chill.
