SOLE IN LEMON PARSLEY 
1/3 c. cooking oil (sunflower oil)
2 tsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dried or fresh parsley
1/8 tsp. celery salt
Dash white pepper
1 lb. frozen fillet of sole, thawed

Blend cornstarch with lemon juice, add parsley, celery, salt and pepper. Dip each fillet in seasoned mixture. Arrange fillet with thick edges toward outside of dish. Cover with plastic wrap.

Microwave on High for 8 to 9 minutes or until fillets flake easily. Let stand, covered for 5 minutes. 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
