EASY RHUBARB CAKE 
4 c. chopped rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
3 c. miniature marshmallows
1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix

Place chopped rhubarb in bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with mixture of sugar and dry Jello. Add a layer of marshmallows. Mix cake according to package directions. Bake until it pulls away from sides - approximately 1 hour.
