QUICK AND EASY BROWNIES | |
1 stick butter 1 c. sugar 2 eggs 3/4 c. self-rising flour 4 tbsp. cocoa 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. pecans Melt butter and set aside to cool. Beat eggs and blend with sugar. Add melted butter to sugar mixture. Sift flour and cocoa together. Add dry ingredients to sugar mixture and blend. Mix in pecans and vanilla. Pour into greased 8x8 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until dough begins to pull away from sides of pan. Cool before cutting into squares. |
