5-10 med. potatoes
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
Salt
1/2 c. oil
Salad seasoning

Cook and slice potatoes. Heat sugar and vinegar until sugar dissolves. Pour over potatoes. Add salt and oil and salad seasoning. Slice onion and add to above. Mix all well. Add bacon bits, if desired.
