RHUBARB KUCHEN 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix together like pie dough: 2 tbsp. milk

Mix with dough. Pat this mixture in buttered 8"x8" pan.

FILLING:

3 c. rhubarb, cut sm.

Spread evenly on top of dough. Sprinkle with 1 (3 oz.) box dry strawberry Jello.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter (melt)

Mix together and sprinkle evenly over rhubarb and Jello. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
