CRAB MELTAWAYS 
7 oz. crab, well picked
7 oz. Old English sharp Cheddar cheese spread
6 count container English muffinsstick butter
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. Lawry's Season Salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Mix everything, except crab. Add crab and spread on English muffins cut into quarters. Freeze in zip-lock bags. If freezing, do not thaw before broiling. Broil until brown on top.

Hint: I always double the recipe using 1 pound crab meat. I freeze them on a cookie sheet, then put in zip-lock bags. A great make ahead for a party. Serves 48.
