GARLIC PEPPERS 
3 c. cold water
2 c. oil
1/4 c. oregano
3 cloves minced garlic
3/4 c. salt
1 qt. vinegar

Mix and let stand 8 to 24 hours. Slice peppers thin. Cut up celery, carrots and cauliflower.

Pour liquid over peppers and vegetables. Let set in refrigerator several days and then use. I also put in jars and use for several weeks. No seal.
