TURNOVERS WITH CORN BEEF
2 cans corn beef
1/2 c. olives
1/2-1 c. tomato sauce
1 c. water
2 tbsp. Sofrito
1 to 2 env. Sazon for color
Use salt to taste, don't use too much salt because of the olives
1 to 2 tsp. oil

DOUGH:

1 1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. butter
2 to 4 tbsp. cold water

In medium skillet put oil and heat it, then put Sofrito, mix it together and don't let it burn. Then add olives, tomato sauce, corn beef, the envelopes of Sazon, mix all together and add the water. Cover for 10 to 15 minutes until the water has absorbed a little. We want the corn beef to be moist but not soupy. Then mix your dough, don't make it to glue it. Then take pieces out of dough, flatten it out into circle big enough to fill it with the meat mixture, then folded together. Pinch the edges with fork and fry it until golden brown. Use moderate heat, you don't want them to burn.
