SAUERKRAUT SALAD 
In colander place 1 bag of sauerkraut; let drain. Run water over kraut; let drain again.

1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. pepper, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
2 oz. pimento
1 sm. can mushrooms (cut)
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. each oil, water and vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt

Put layer of kraut, layer of dressing in large bowl with cover. Let stand overnight in refrigerator. Turn once or twice.

NOTE: Onion, pepper and celery may be ground in food processor if desired.
