SHORTBREAD 
1/2 c. & 1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. butter (no butter)
2 c. flour
1/3 c. cornstarch

Mix all ingredients into a dry dough. Shape with hands into 4 or 6 rounds and cut into wedges. Cook on cookie sheet for 30-40 minutes at 300 degrees. Like a pie.
