SHRIMP MOLD | |
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin 1/2 c. cold water 1 can tomato soup or tomato bisque 1 c. mayonnaise 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped 1 1/2 c. celery, chopped 1/2 onion, grated 1 1/2 c. shrimp, cooked Soften gelatin in water. Heat soup to boiling, add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Cool. Cream mayonnaise and cheese together. Add soup. Add remaining ingredients and pour into an oiled four cup mold. Chill. When ready to serve, unmold and garnish. Serve with crackers or party rye bread. Crab meat may be substituted for the shrimp. |
