PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
1 (14 oz.) Eagle Brand sweetened milk
3/4 to 1 c. peanut butter (plain or chunky)
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. Bisquick

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together milk, egg, peanut butter, vanilla until smooth. Add Bisquick and mix well. Chill for 1 hour at least. Shape into 1-inch balls, roll in sugar. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Flatten with fork. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly brown.
