MEXICAN CORN BREAD 
2 c. corn meal
3/4 c. flour
3 eggs
2/3 c. oil
1 (6 oz.) can cream style corn
1 tbsp. baking powder
3 or 4 Jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour in greased (9 x 13 inch) pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until done.
