BREAD PUDDING (Microwave) 
4 c. bread cubes lightly packed in cup (4-5 slices)
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. raisins

Spread in 8 inch round dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar, raisins and salt. I also put cinnamon on top. 1/4 c. butter 2 eggs

Measure milk into 1 quart measuring cup. Add butter. Microwave on high 4 minutes, until butter is melted and milk is warm. Rapidly stir in eggs with fork and mix well. Pour over bread cubes in dish. Microwave medium 9-12 minutes. Rotating dish after 6 minutes. Serve warm or chilled. 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
