CHOCOLATE BREAD PUDDING 
3 c. milk
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tbsp. butter
2 c. bread crumbs
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Add milk to cocoa in saucepan. Whisk in milk. Heat and add bread crumbs and let soak for 10 minutes. Add beaten eggs, sugar and vanilla. Pour into a buttered 2 quart baking dish. Set inside a pan of hot water and bake at 375 degrees for about 50 minutes or until firm.

MICROWAVE: Make half of the recipe using 1 egg and a 1 quart baking dish. Place in the microwave on HIGH for approximately 14 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
