MACARONI AND CHEESE HOTDISH | |
2 pkgs. macaroni and cheese 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 tbsp. onion, chopped 1 tbsp. green pepper, diced (optional) 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 soup can milk 1/2 c. peas or mixed vegetables (frozen) Cook macaroni according to package directions. Brown ground beef and onion and pepper until onion and pepper is tender and ground beef is browned. Mix soup, milk and cheese sauce package together. Drain macaroni. Place all together in casserole with the vegetables. Bake at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly. |
