LYNNE'S BROCCOLI - SPINACH
CASSEROLE
 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen, chopped broccoli
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook broccoli and spinach. Mix together sour cream, onion, soup mix, and Parmesan cheese. Add to broccoli and spinach mixture. Mix some bread crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, 35-45 minutes.
