CHEESECAKE DELITE 
1 pkg. graham crackers
1/2 c. butter
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened (room temperature)
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 can pie filling, any flavor

Crust, grind package of graham crackers and mix with softened butter. Press into pie pan and set aside.

Whip the whipping cream and add vanilla, set aside. Whip the cream cheese until smooth; beat in powdered sugar until smooth. Fold whipping cream into the cream cheese mixture and spread on crust. Chill until firm, several hours. Spread pie filling on top and serve.
