BAKED SPINACH 
3 pkg. frozen spinach
2 c. sour cream (2 8 oz. containers)
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix

Cook spinach as directed on package, drain thoroughly. Mix sour cream and onion soup mix, fold into drained spinach. Put in baking dish. Shake Parmesan cheese on top and dot with butter. Bake in 250 degree oven for 20 minutes.
