CABBAGE SLAW FOR FREEZER

1 head cabbage
1 carrot
1 pepper

Cover with salt; let stand for 1 hour and drain.

1 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed

Let cool. Will hold nicely in the freezer for 3-4 months.
