JALAPENO PEPPER RELISH 
1 c. jalapeno peppers, chopped or sliced
2 med. onions, chopped
2 reg. tomatoes, chopped
2 sm. cloves garlic, chopped

Mix above, then add:

1/3 c. oil
1/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. water

Mix all and put in jar. Refrigerate. Will keep until eaten up. Good.
