JALAPENO PEPPER AND CARROT
SLICES
 
Slice jalapeno peppers, crosswise. Slice carrots crosswise. Be sure to wash and scrap carrots. Use enough vinegar to cover carrots and peppers. Add pinch of salt to vinegar about 2 tablespoons turmeric to vinegar.

Heat vinegar, salt, turmeric until almost ready to boil add peppers and carrots leave just long enough to heat through. Put in jars and seal.
