JALAPENO PEPPER AND CARROT SLICES | |
Slice jalapeno peppers, crosswise. Slice carrots crosswise. Be sure to wash and scrap carrots. Use enough vinegar to cover carrots and peppers. Add pinch of salt to vinegar about 2 tablespoons turmeric to vinegar. Heat vinegar, salt, turmeric until almost ready to boil add peppers and carrots leave just long enough to heat through. Put in jars and seal. |
