OLD FASHIONED POTATO SOUP | |
6 med. potatoes 1 c. flour Salt and pepper to taste 1 egg 2 tbsp. bacon drippings or butter Dice potatoes, cover with water. Add salt and pepper. Cook until tender. Add bacon drippings or butter. Have ready to add flour and egg cut into rivals or small pieces of dough. Add to boiling potatoes and cook about 7-10 minutes. |
