CAESAR SALAD DRESSING 
1/4 c. lemon juice (fresh is best)
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese (fresh is best)
1 egg
1/8 tsp. Tabasco
1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. minced garlic (refrigerated kind is best)
1/2 c. vegetable oil

In blender on low speed, mix all ingredients except oil until blended. Slowly add oil. Blend 1 minute. Toss with Romaine lettuce and croutons and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
