CHEESY POTATOES 
2 lbs. bag hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. corn flake crumbs

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Place in buttered 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with 1 cup corn flake crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
