BAKED CHICKEN VIETNAM 
3 lg. breasts of chicken, boned and cut into 2 pieces
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. potato chips, crumbled
1/4 c. butter, melted
Little garlic powder

Dip each chicken breast in sour cream, then roll in chips. Place in flat pan.

Heat butter flavored with garlic until melted. Drizzle over chicken in dish. Bake uncovered in 325 degree oven for 45 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and brown.
