BAKED PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1 can (2 lb.) crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
Pinch of salt
3 eggs
6 tbsp. butter
6 slices bread, cubed

Mix pineapple, sugar, flour, salt and eggs. Pour into a greased casserole. Melt butter in fry pan; add bread cubes and stir until butter is absorbed. Put on top of first mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or longer.

This is good served with ham.
